My boyfriend got me a Suprise holiday for my Birthday, we just got back form an amazing 4 days in Sardinia (an Island off Italy). We had a magical 4 days of Swimming, Snorkeling, climbing through amazing limestone caves, looking at ruins from 1500 BC!!, Walking through a sea side Castle and eating, oh the eating. The highlights were: Chilli Muscles, Spaghetti Marinara, ...Cannelloni, White Chocolate Mousse, Picnic of Antipasto on the rocks at the Mediterranean Sea. The Coffe in Italy is as you would imagine, unbelievably good! Great 4 days, very relaxing. Here are a couple of my Favourite pics.
