Great Gatsby Sneak Peek!

Arghhh! Awesomeness. Just saw the trailer for Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby.

It looks Ahh-Maze-Ing!

But we have to wait until Christmas before it's released. Pretty exciting stuff tho. He did a Brilliant Job of his Modern adaption of Romeo and Juliet and Moulin Rouge.

Starring: Leonardo Di Caprio, Toby Maguire and our own Aussie Isla Fischer.

Quick, go watch it. Pleasure your eyes at Apple Trailers link below:

Supa Doopa Cute

How Super Dooper Cute is this real life Family. This is from a blog I check on from time to time called Bleubird written by wife and mother 'Miss James'. I love her lazy hazy daze style photography with sepia toned, nostalgic vintage notes. It's worth taking a look if you love Vintage styling and fashion, although these days she seems to have swung her focus to her Kids. They are quirky and cute and she makes a living from blogging (and it helps that her husband is a photographer) I think they are adorable and am inspired to one day have my own beautiful family. Check out the 'What we wore' tab. Very cute.

Check it out here:

Sunnies for the coolest kids

It's true, Sunnies make you look cool! Especially Vintage hotties. Spot in these pics:  Molly Ringwald, Kate Moss and Zooey Deschanel. Get inspired...

Portabello Mushrooms stuffed with Ricotta and fresh garden herbs

Just made this for lunch, delicious, easy and quick!

1. Heat Oven to 200 deg C. Remove Mushroom stalks. Put on a foil lined tray and drizzle olive oil and a sprinkle of salt in both sides. Soften the mushroom in over for 5 minutes, turning once.

2. Mix your stuffing. 3-4 tablespoons of Ricotta, 1 clove of crushed garlic, mixed herbs (I used Basil, Oregano and chives from our garden, a squeeze of lemon juice and salt. Mix and add to the underside of the half cooked mushrooms.

Sprinkle some Parmesan or regular grated cheese (not too much).
Put in oven for 10 - 15 mins or until cheese is melted.

Remove, add a another sprinkle of salk, a sprinkle of fresh parsley and a drizzle of Olive Oil.

                                    You'll love it!
